Your First Visit
We are so excited to meet you and welcome you to our practice. Your initial consultation will give you the opportunity to meet Dr. Zane Berry and our friendly team, learn more about orthodontics, receive a complete initial exam and find out which treatment options will best meet your needs.
During your initial consultation we will:
- Review your dental and medical history forms
- Provide a complete oral exam, with X-rays, to determine whether treatment is necessary
- Help you create a customized treatment plan
- Discuss all financial information, insurance options and payment plans
Our team will be glad to answer any questions you may have, and we will provide all of the information you need to determine which treatment is right for you, including your payment options. This is the beginning of an exciting new chapter in your life!

Dental Insurance
We are happy to accept dental insurance and always maximize our patients’ benefits by filing claims on their behalf. We’re also in-network with Delta Dental for those insured through them. If you have any questions about insurance, our team will gladly assist you!
Discounts & In-House Payment Plans Available!
We try to make paying for orthodontic treatment as easy and affordable as possible for our patients, which is why we offer various discounts as well as in-house payment plans. After your initial examination, we will discuss whether you’re eligible for our family discount, which we apply when multiple family members are receiving treatment at the same time. We will also go over our in-house payment plans with you. If you have any questions or concerns about payment, our team is always happy to help!
